Girl Scouts earn badges in Hartline

The Biology and Allied Health Club and Tri-Beta Biology Honor Society teamed up to host over 30 area Girl Scouts on a snowy April morning to work on merit badges. Participating were: Emily Broadbent, Jenny Young, Dana Frobese, Andy King, Hosanna Mullen, Elliottt Fackler, Mikala Britt, Natalie Mayo, Chris Vila, Justin VanDerMolen, Lauren Chamberlin, and Jean-Nicole Place. Dr. Hess and her team worked with the Junior Girls Scouts on the Animal Habitat Badge, while the Cadettes completed the Special Agents badge with club members and Dr. Surmacz. Senior Girl Scouts worked on The Science of Style badge with Dr. Venditti's group. Congratulations to all the Girl Scouts for earning badges!
